Creating a roof terrace
We didn’t feel able to support these proposals for a roof terrace because of the impact on views of the Cathedral from the east side of St Augustine’s Reach. Disappointingly, a less intrusive option that would not have been as disruptive to views of the Cathedral, and included an interesting modern reflection of the building’s working heritage, had not been pursued.
