Why do we need any additional offices when so many people are working from home? Yet the office market appears buoyant – why is this happening?
The Civic Society events team kick off 2022 with a Zoom seminar led by Bristol office agency expert Chris Grazier, a partner at commercial property consultants Hartnell Taylor Cook. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to gain a full appreciation of the forces driving the development of new offices in the City.
Topics covered will include:
- A general market update including a short introduction to the size, characteristics and geographic spread of the Bristol market together with current market trends.
- A review of some of the latest completions and the pipeline of buildings being delivered (inc. Assembly Bristol, Finzels Reach and Glass Wharf).
- Some of the proposed and/or recently consented schemes and how they will shape the market over the next decade, including St Mary Le Port, Temple Island and Filton Airfield.
Chris Grazier is President of the Bristol Property Agents Association, a unique organisation that represents commercial and residential agents active in the city. He has 25 years of experience in Bristol’s office development and letting market during which he has built an encyclopaedic knowledge of offices in Bristol.
The event will start at 7.30pm.
